Price of goods and services
The selling price is publicly listed for each good or service on the platform and is calculated in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
In case the goods or services have multiple options regarding type, specification, quantity, validity period or package, the corresponding price will be displayed for you to select before ordering.
The applicable price is the price displayed at the time you confirm the order.
In case of a promotion, the price, duration and conditions of application will be disclosed before you place the order.
Tax
The listed price reflects the applicable tax (including VAT when required by law and when subject to declaration and payment) in accordance with legal regulations; specific information is displayed before you confirm the order.
Shipping fees and incidental costs
Shipping fees, if any, and other incidental costs, if any, will be displayed or notified to you before order confirmation.
We do not collect any costs that have not been disclosed or confirmed by you.
Usage discount promotion conditions
Daily offer: for eligible accounts, each complete VND 100,000 of paid standard top-ups within the day adds one percentage point to the usage discount. An incomplete step adds no discount. This offer resets at 00:00 the following day, Vietnam time; it is not wallet credit. Accounts with a custom top-up bonus are excluded from the daily offer.
Lifetime offer: eligible accounts must reach a lifetime top-up milestone and actively claim rewards in Missions, in order. The first milestones are VND 10 million, 25 million, 45 million and 70 million; each successful claim adds one percentage point to the lifetime discount, subject to programme limits. Reaching a milestone does not automatically claim its reward.
Applicable daily, lifetime, night and account-role usage discounts are added together, capped at 25%. Each offer keeps its own expiry and conditions; check your actual discount and reward milestones in your account before use.
