Bật Use custom base URL trước — nếu ẩn Base URL thì chưa bật công tắc.

Ưu tiên UI; API CLI có thể ghi cline_settings. Không sửa tay trừ khi biết.

Tương tự; Cursor dùng thư mục Cursor thay Code.
Verify connection
- Trong Cline gửi task nhỏ (liệt kê file).
- Dashboard Sử dụng.
- api-cli doctor (nếu dùng API CLI).
Troubleshooting
